Studio News: I Remember Mama

Every Saturday before Mother’s Day I volunteer with the Volunteers of America, Mayor Thomas Menino, news anchor Susan Warnick and her mother Myrna in honoring isolated elderly women in the Boston area. V.O.A and their sponsors host a beautiful “ I Remember Mama” luncheon complete with flowers, live music, great food and gift bags. This event is so very important because many of these women would otherwise be forgotten.Here are some highlights from the event and I look forward to seeing everyone again next year!!!
